Dorota integrates a variety of techniques into her private work, including body sculpting, yoga, pilates, cardiovascular,  strength training and aquatherapy (for those with a pool).

I provide personal training to persons with a variety of needs and goals to promote healing on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.  Specifically I specialize in:

  • Promoting lifestyle changes for couch potatoes
  • Helping athletes enhance their physical performance
  • Assisting mature athletes to continue the sports they love

What to Wear and Bring
 
Bring a camera to your session so that we can document your assignments.
 
Wear comfortable clothing that allows me to see your feet, knees, and back as clearly as possible.

About Dorota Grochala...
 

Dorota is known by her students for her deep knowledge, compassion, and kindness.

 

Dorota believes that physical fitness has a direct link to our mental, emotional, and spiritual health and has committed her life to helping both adults and children achieve optimal well-being through physical fitness.  Her experience as a yoga teacher and fitness instructor spans 27 years.  She holds a Master of Science degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Poland as well as teacher certifications in hatha yoga, pilates, personal training, aquatic fitness, shallow and deep water training, and one-on-one pool programming. 

 

In addition to her credentials, Dorota’s experience designing corrective exercise programs for children and adults with disability as well as creating and implementing the pregnagym and mommy and me classes at St. Anthony’s hospital make her especially qualified for working with clients and students of Living Room Yoga.
