What to Expect
Prior to the first session, I will ask you to fill out a wellness questionnaire to bring with
you.
The first session is 1 1/4 hours and consists of an assessment, goal-setting, and treatment
planning, and initial treatment. You will work in bare feet unless you are not medically able to do so.
Frequency of treatment varies, depending on your physical condition, preferences,
and ability to follow-through with assignments on your own. To keep things affordable for you, my goal is to help you
be independent with your program or help you transition into a group yoga class to continue your progress.

Your 1st visit...
Bring your completed questionnaire, Doctor's reports (x-ray, MRI etc), and a camera.
Wear shorts and clothing that will allow me to view your feet,
knees, and back.
